Nerd/Noir was founded in 2015 by David Laribee & Alexandra West to rethink digital transformation. After a lot of experimentation and learning, we’ve centered our focus on the dojo approach to immersive learning as the “how” of transformation. We apply this approach to client change initiatives, including upskilling engineers, adopting new architectures or cloud infrastructure, becoming truly product-oriented, and achieving the benefits of an agile/lean workflow. We take a learning-forward, execution-biased, non-dogmatic approach to transformation, meeting each client where they are in the moment.
