I’m known for my ability to effectively manage teams and help grow business through new opportunities and fostering client relationships. Strengths I bring to business and the broader profession include; • Establishing and maintaining client relationships. • Seeking and generating new business opportunities. • Staff management, mentoring and development of junior practitioners. • Extensive design and documentation knowledge through a large body of built work. • Management of project teams including external sub-consultants. • Public art facilitation. • High level masterplanning and urban design strategies and report writing. • Contract administration. • Community consultation. Practising in Darwin for ten years allowed me to broaden my personal and professional knowledge working on unique projects in remote parts of Australia. Working in the Top End afforded me opportunities to work closely with indigenous groups, instilling in me a deep awareness and desire to improve outcomes for aboriginal communities and disenfranchised people. I am an active member of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects and enjoy guiding junior members of the profession through their career journey.
