Responsibilities include planning major elements of statewide promotional programs and to coordinate important logistical information with vendors, client partners, and internal team; including event details, permits, licenses, staff, etc. Prep project timelines, contact sheets, program activation sheets and client recaps. Recruit and train field staff, including writing training manuals, and participate in all program launches. Manage communication between HQ and field management on a daily basis. In addition, I lead the efforts to recruit, hire, and train promotional talent and staff.
