January 2012 After more investment on babysouk, a new B2B division was formed which focused on acquiring best-in-class brands for distribution into the MENA region December 2018 We further greatly expanded our family and operations when Mad’a Investment Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Abdul Aziz Al Othaim & Sons Holding Company (ASO&SONS), made a significant investment in our holding company, while also bringing great expertise to bear for an aggressive expansion to more greatly serve and bring more outstanding products to parents and children throughout the MENA region.
