The International Live Events Association, or ILEA (formerly ISES) is an industry association first founded in America in 1987 to foster enlightened performance through education while promoting ethical conduct. ILEA has grown to involve over 5,500 members active in 45 chapters throughout the world. ILEA Europe has a vibrant membership that connects professionals from all aspects of our industry, from small florists to global agencies and everything in between.
