SAKSHAM, an Adani Foundation initiative, contributes to nation building by imparting skill-based training, and thereby increasing employability of India’s youth. The programme works in line with the Government of India’s Skill India Mission, providing state-of-the-art facilities at various SAKSHAM centres across the country. Since its initiation in 2016, the programme has empowered communities through partnerships with several corporates and organizations, and it now offers a robust online Learning Management System (LMS). Currently, SAKSHAM is present in 10 states, offering over 75 courses, enabled more than 100,00 candidates – with a track record of 60% female participation and 65% livelihood generation.
