Nest Capital 2015 Fund (“the Fund”) is a private debt fund active in the Nordic region. The Fund and its predecessor fund have total commitments of around €200 million. The funds provide private debt, mainly in the form of unitranche and mezzanine, to small and medium-sized companies across the Nordic countries. The funds’ investments support leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions and expansion projects as well as refinancings and recapitalisations. The funds do not target any specific industries and investment amounts generally range from €5 million to €20 million.
