The San Antonio Community of Practice (CoP) is for Owners, Design and Construction professionals to create, identify and share techniques, best practices and ideas for improving individual, team and company successes within their area of expertise. We will also sponsor events aimed at providing Lean thinkers and adopters the opportunity to learn more about Lean, to receive Lean training, to hear about Lean success stories and also to meet other likeminded individuals. Our San Antonio COP Core Group is currently 12 members strong and has representatives from the Owner, Architectural, General Contractor and Subcontractor communities in San Antonio.
