Non-Violence Project India

www.nonviolence.com

This is the India chapter of The Non-Violence Project Foundation, Geneva, Switzerland. The mission is to inspire, engage and motivate young people towards peace, sustainability, non violence and make this world a better place to live in. Peace begins at home and is nurtured in schools. Does your school nurture peace? Are your children champions of sustainability? Here is an invitation to establish the ‘Peace Club for Sustainability’ in your school. This program is designed to provide the opportunity for growing children to make sustainability management an enduring habit and a way of life. All member countries of the United Nation have signed SDG 2030 and pledged to achieve these goals. We believe we can’t achieve these goals until and unless our children are specifically trained enough for this. Peace Clubs for Sustainability is about the 5 ‘P’s: People, Planet, Peace, Prosperity and Partnerships. Children integrate the 5 ‘P’s into their curriculum to emerge both as leaders and as great team players and team leaders. Where ever there is a ‘Peace Club for Sustainability’, teachers and children master energy audit, green audit, water audit and learn and implement the concept of “Reduce, Reuse and Recycle”. During this, they will also cover many courses including Maths, Science and Social Science by applying their basics in various activities conducted. Creativity will increase and children will grow. They will help their school, house, and community to become smart and sustainable. Peace Clubs will also implement all our core activities of the School for Peace, Sports for Peace and Music for Peace.
