Antarang Foundation is a 10-year-old organization that enables access to aspirational careers for adolescents in order to smoothen their transition from education to employment. Antarang envisions a world where every young person is passionately, productively and positively engaged in a career of their choice. Over the years, Antarang has impacted 1,00,000+ students from socially and economically vulnerable backgrounds through its core programs - Career Aware and CareeReady. 82% of Antarang graduates are productively engaged in education, employment or training. Antarang focuses towards a systemic education to employment transition by advocating government and industries to build an employability ecosystem. The Antarang 2.0 model aims to bridge this gap between learning and livelihoods by leveraging its PHYGITAL Model ( Physical and Digital). Our Phygital model will work with young adults at different touchpoints to enable informed decision making at each stage.
