Plan-AE is a management holding with two fully owned subsidiaries. Our activity includes: ▪ Administrative services We provide project administration, coordination of project teams, administration of tenders and coordination in the realization phase:  - Building application, application for building permission,  - Specification documents,  - Tendering / assistance with tenders,  - Assistance during the realisation phase,  - Assistance during the utilisation phase. ▪ Third-party quality assurance For external projects, we provide independent quality control. This comprises auditing and reporting for projects. ▪ Project economy Furthermore we provide quantity surveying for medium-sized and small projects, including cost calculation. Our English project services are mainly aimed at projects in the UK. Depending on project content and size, we can possibly also carry out commissions in Ireland, Canada, the USA, Australia or New Zealand. Our quality assurance system follows the UK regulations and European regulations.
