In 2001, Cushman & Wakefield Thailand was transformed to Nexus Property Consultants Company Limited, making it one of the first globally-connected and locally-owned real estate consultancy firms in Thailand. Its initial goals were to accommodate international clients of Cushman & Wakefield and to satisfy real estate needs of its local clients. Since then, the company has consistently grown and developed its capabilities to meet the ever-changing needs in Thai real estate markets. Nexus has been working closely with Cushman & Wakefield since its inception, and remain committed to provide high quality services to both its local and international clients. The company currently employs over 100 people at its head office in the heart of Bangkok.
