100 Mums – Harnessing the power of women 100 Mums is on a mission to help Australia rise from being number 26 in the world at female workplace participation to number 1. 100 Mums partners with companies to increase gender balance in their organisation by providing access to a resource pool of highly skilled women. We hold in our network over 3000 women that cover skills; Engineering, Project Management, Strategy, Commercial, HR, Marketing and Sales. These women are looking for roles within companies that see the value in gender diversity and can aid their career progression.
