Eastwood Consulting is a Property Management and consulting company whose main activities are: Property Management Rent collection, preparation of statements of accounts, pay-ments of all operating costs letting/re-letting, negotiations for new leases, renewal of leases & rent reviews, maintenance and repairs, periodic inspections, preparation of periodic reports, and preparation of budgets. Property Sales/Letting This is carried out by us and includes assessment of the current market value/rent of the property before the property is placed in the market. We sell/let commercial, industrial, and residential properties for our clients. Project Management We also undertake Project Management on behalf of our clients. This involves co-ordination of all the professionals involved in construction of a project and supervision the same to ensure that the set objectives of a high quality development is achieved in a cost effective way. Valuation The company will arrange valuations of land, buildings, plant, machinery and fittings to establish current values for open market, insurance, book and rental purposes.
