GMS Funding Solutions (GMS) was established to address frequent requests by its founder’s public and private sector clients for project management and financing assistance to support larger scale capital projects. From deficits in available capital or borrowing power, to unfavorable lending terms, to seemingly insurmountable permitting or approvals challenges, clients expressed common concerns. With its three complementary but distinct service areas – economic development, financing consulting, and project management, GMS has evolved into a full service consulting model. GMS clients have come to rely on our diverse team’s creative strategy development and implementation. At GMS we take a global approach to recognizing projects' challenges and identifying solutions for mitigating or eliminating their impacts.
