The Urban League of Lexington - Fayette County is a nonprofit organization that assists African American and disadvantaged citizens in the achievement of social and economic equality. We do these through 3 major areas: LIVE We provide new, affordable, single-family homes for low-income families. LEARN We offer youth programs in financial literacy, scholarships, gang and violence prevention; and workforce development. LEAD We take the lead on issues impacting our constituents and provide professional development opportunities for young people ages 21 to 49.
