The company was originally founded by John Laird in 1976, making it the longest established public relations agency still in existence in Northern Ireland. Today, JPR is owned and managed by Managing Director, Jane Wells, and Directors, Joris Minne and Chris Harrison. We are multi award winning and have been named Northern Ireland’s PR Consultancy of the Year on a number of occasions. We are a two-time CIPR UK Excellence Award-winner. We are one of a very small number of PR consultancies in Northern Ireland to have been awarded the Investors in People accreditation. All of our team members participate in the CIPR’s Continuous Professional Development scheme, helping us maintain the very highest professional standards. We are the only UK agency with two female CIPR Fellows (Jane Wells and Rosemary Allister); and the only UK agency to have had four regional CIPR Chairmen. Team members Kathryn Kirk and Sarah Weir were amongst the first in Northern Ireland to undertake and complete the prestigious CIPR Diploma.
