Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services was established in 1979 as a branch of the Arab Family Organization in the Gulf and Arab region. It is one of the institutions of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah. It undertakes the tasks of empowerment, training, education, rehabilitation and employment for people with disabilities, of different ages and nationalities in the UAE . in addition to social, educational and awareness services for people with disabilities in particular and society in general.
