The main areas of my activity are Intermodal, Logistics and Marine processes and sales, based on my experience in shipping and logistics. My target is to help my clients to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance by optimization of existing processes or introduction new ones. During my work I use experience and business skills to provide objective advice and expertise. I am primarily concerned with the strategy, structure, management and operations of an organisation. Depends on the needs I identify development options for the organisation and recommend for changes to be implemented.
