Our purpose is to nurture and build foundations that will equip today's youth for tomorrow's success. We aim to empower, encourage and build confidence in youth and families in diverse communities to inspire them to dream big. With the use of workshops, mentorship programs, community events, as well as the Word of God, Grace Found Me aims to impact individuals, families, and communities alike positively.
