Coming from a long line of winemakers that dates back to the fifteenth century by the maternal family of Bertrand (Farou). Pierre and Bertrand COULY have chosen to turn to sustainable viticulture. They received the label HVE (high environmental value) for their crop choices for preservation of biodiversity. Pierre and Bertrand COULY strive to present the variety of the appellation's terroir through the different wines they produce each year.
