It's simple, really.. My understanding of hospitality is that you follow the golden rule and provide your guests with the same level of service that you'd expect to receive if it was your event and the roles were reversed. I didn't start 'Liquid Charm' because it was my lifelong childhood dream to own an on demand bartending service, I started it because I genuinely appreciate being able to make someones special day easier to manage and more enjoyable.
