Current services are now covering the fields of communication and power provider solution. From its establishment in 1998, PT Tangara Mitrakom (Tangara) focused in network solution provider, in line with the grant of closed fixed network license from the Government. To enhance quality of its services to customers as a world-class operator, PT Tangara Mitrakom has successfully obtained ISO 9001:2015 as International accredited (International Accreditation Service – IAS) quality management system. It is a realization of Tangara commitment to continually improve the quality of information technology solutions for customer satisfaction. PT Tangara Mitrakom have more than 50 Service Points in across cities in Indonesia and supported with more than 100 technicians, workshop for repair center and International strategic partners.
