The R.I. District 3060 falls in INDIA , in ZONE 4. Rotaract District 3060 is the spirit of a vibrant and colourful culture of Two states – GUJARAT & MAHARASHTRA and Two Union Territories - DAMAN, DIU & DADRA NAGAR HAVELI. As on 30.06.2019, as per Rotary International, there are 53 Rotaract Clubs of 3060, actively working for the theme "TOGETHER WE CAN" and dream project "Swachchta Humse" given by DRR Rtr. Chintan Shah. Rotaract District 3060 is divided into Seven Zones. Rotaract Club of Surat East is one of Asia's Largest Community Based Club which belong to R.I.D. 3060.
