OUR BACKGROUND MFS Contracting Pty Ltd is a local Sydney-based company that has been operating in the civil construction industry across Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and surrounding suburbs for 6 years. MFS offers specialised expertise in all civil works for the communications and electrical networks and has completed projects on the Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy network. Previous work includes: · Service route investigations · Excavation of trenches · Construction of cable vaults and joint bays all with other associated civil works · Installation of electrical cables and all associated civil works · Fibre optic trenching with cable and pit installation · Installation of pre-cast and in-situ concrete pits · Crew hire and plant hire WHAT WE OFFER We take great pride in the team that we have formed at MFS Contracting. Our crew structure: MFS Contracting has 3 x 4-man civil utility crews. A typical 4-man crew includes: • Foreman • Operator • Truck Driver • Labourer Each crew includes a minimum of 2 personnel holding a current, valid Ausgrid passport. A typical 4-man crew would also include the following plant: • Tool Van • 8 or 9 tonne Tipper • 2 or 3 tonne Tipper • 3.5 or 5.5 tonne Excavator
