BarCARE Health Homecare Services, LLC is a non-medical home care agency licensed by the State of NC to employ caregivers and send them to the home of your loved one to help with activities of daily living (ADLs) and/or instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). The six basic ADLs are eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and grooming. ... IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) are slightly more complex skills. These skills are: using the telephone, shopping, preparing meals, housekeeping, using transportation, taking medication(s), and managing finances.
