Nogal Capital is a Search Fund seeking investors. We aim to identify, acquire, and operate a private company in Mexico. Investors’ capital will be raised in two distinct rounds of financing. In the first round, funds will be invested in Nogal Capital LLC, the search fund vehicle, to cover operating expenses and allow the Principal to draw a salary while conducting a professional search to acquire an existing private company. In return, search fund investors obtain the right, but not the obligation, to invest in the second round of financing, the acquisition round.
