Engineer or ‘Engi’ , is the Annual Technical Symposium of NITK Surathkal. It ranks second best amongst South India’s technical fests, with over 10000+ students from more than 100 colleges across the country. The event takes place during the odd semester of the academic year, falling in the month of October. It is typically held over a period of three days. The official logo of Engineer, a Penrose Triangle, serves as a statement to challenge the impossible and is accompanied by the motto “Think, Create, Engineer”. The fest aims to promote technical and managerial enthusiasm among students and help them to bring their innovate ideas to life. The 2019 edition of Engineer is scheduled to be held from the 18th to the 20th of October, 2019.
