DeStress Holistic Health Private Limited, now rebranded as The Able Mind, is a professional mental health support and relationship counselling services provider based out of Bengaluru, in India. Currently all our operations are online. We have a web-portal that offers easy accessibility to counselling and psychotherapy, enabling timely intervention to clients in India and across the globe who reach out for proficient psychological guidance, emotional support, and therapeutic relief. We also take workshops on various mental health topics and offer compliance trainings for the prevention of sexual harassment at work and in schools (POSH and POCSO). Our vision is to enable online vernacular mental health support and relationship counselling for all, while also providing specialized holistic wellbeing services for women with an intent to build their confidence, engage in therapeutic self-help, encourage independence in thought and outlook, covering aspects such as emotional healing, mindfulness, legal counsel in case of need etc. Our aim is to also Provide a platform for professionals in the field of mental health, holistic wellness and other specialized fields of support and strengthening, from across India, to render their expertise, learn from each other’s experiences and grow in the field while doing so.
