He will apply his unique blend of international business experiences and cultural awareness to focus on commercial transition in both North America and Europe, where he has consistently demonstrated ability to implement strategic change. He previously had various financial executive and general management responsibilities in Europe, North and South America, and Asia with Siemens in diverse industries, including automotive, telecommunications, electrical, medical, and shared services. His diverse academic background in the study of business management, language and history combine to also give him his practical ability as coach and council to implement transitions locally and across cultural and political boundaries. In addition to his BA from the University of Georgia, in 1982 while completing his degree in business administration management through Siemens AG he also received his Master’s Degree in Linguistics with a minor in European Intellectual History from the University of North Dakota. Mr. Motz is a member of the German American Chamber of Commerce, IHK Würzburg-Schweinfurt and The CFO Roundtable in Boston.
