UK Property Partners Ltd was formed to provide a reliable and sustainable source of income for the many people who have carefully saved any surplus funds over several years of working and now find that they are unable to invest it anywhere which would provide a reasonable return, or even, in most cases, keep up with inflation. We offer investors the opportunity to invest in residential UK property and receive a reliable, sustainable income yield of 6% per annum (plus or minus 0.5% depending on actual property selected). The dividend income can be paid monthly to investors by standing order, typically an investment of £10,000 will generate a monthly payment of £50 each and every month. The minimum investment is £5,000 with multiples of £5,000 thereafter. The Investor will be purchasing shares in a legally constituted UK registered Limited company whose only asset is a single residential property which will be named as the Property. On receipt of the investors funds a share certificate will be issued in the name of the investor which will immediately entitle them the automatic transfer of the appropriate monthly dividend. There are no costs of surveys, valuations, agents fees, legal or conveyance fees. There are no other costs or deductions from the monthly payments as all maintenance, repairs, void period costs, agent’s fees (where appropriate) are paid by the management company.
