Seniors' Resource Center (SRC) helps older adults age at home as long as possible. SRC, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, is a community partner providing person-focused, coordinated services to enhance seniors' independence, dignity and quality of life. These services include intensive Transportation, Adult Day & Respite Services, In-Home Care Services, mental health outreach, volunteer opportunities and Care Management Services. SRC's funding sources are diverse, including local, state and federal contracts; and contributions from foundations, corporations and businesses, civic groups, clients and friends. SRC is headquartered in Jefferson county and serves the Denver metro area and adjacent mountain communities.
