Vijai Minerals was started as a small soapstone and steatite rock processing unit in 1975 by Vijai Singh Khimesara, who was by then already a veteran in talc mining. He believed in quality and continues to provide consultations and is a very well respected figure in the industry. Currently, the company has his son as the CEO and his grandson as the CTO who are taking the company into new domains and growing the company in new areas in India and around the world.
