Our core business has been designing, building and marketing master-planned lifestyle communities ranging from less than hundred homes to several thousand. We're also increasing involved in exciting, high density, mixed-use urban infill and redevelopment projects incorporating low and mid-rise office/retail with multi-family residential. In addition, we've created an exciting new brand for state of the art age qualified (55+) community, which we've established in Valencia, California, and are now taking into several other West coast markets.
