HR and Employment Law service for small and medium sized employers, based in Melton Mowbray. Providing a bespoke service to employers in Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Rutland and across the East Midlands. Services include: Drafting custom-made contracts of employment, and employment policies and procedures; Advising on the full range of employment issues, including redundancies, transfers (TUPE), disciplinary and grievance, absence management, discrimination matters, dismissals, etc.; Providing on site support to owners/managers for any of the above matters, including managing disciplinary hearings on behalf of the employer, as well as managing restructures and redundancy programmes, etc.; Training for employers on a wide variety of employment and HR matters, including performance management, how to run appraisals, equality and diversity, etc.; and handling employment tribunal claims up to and including representation at hearings.
