Reabilita is a portuguese company founded in 2007 with the purpose of developing urban rehabilitation in historical neighborhoods in the city of Lisbon. At the beginning the activity was focused at São Bento and Bairro Alto (neighborhoods), that despite its central position, had lower market prices. At the present time Reabilta develops the projects with company funds. We deeply believe that our projects have the best price/quality relation. We have reached this position due to a strong market research and short investment cycles (our projects have a 6 to 8 months cycle).
