The New Leaders, formerly known as a project sponsored by the Vietnam Education Foundation, the US Embassy and Clinked Japan in 2018, is the first organization to bring the emotional intelligence leadership training from Harvard Kennedy School to Vietnam, with the mission to help the new generation of leaders in Vietnam inspire, lead teams more effectively, and make positive impacts on the business & community. Tiền thân là một dự án được tài trợ bởi Quỹ Giáo dục Việt Nam (Vietnam Education Foundation), Đại sứ quán Hoa Kỳ và tổ chức Clinked.org Nhật Bản vào năm 2018, The New Leaders tiên phong mang đến chương trình đào tạo và huấn luyện Kỹ năng lãnh đạo bằng trí tuệ cảm xúc từ Harvard Kennedy School, giúp thế hệ lãnh đạo mới ở Việt Nam có thể truyền cảm hứng, dẫn dắt đội ngũ hiệu quả hơn, và tạo ảnh hưởng tích cực tới cộng đồng.
