Jannawi Connections’ primary purpose is to fundraise and advocate for the Jannawi Family Centre – a specialist therapeutic child protection service in Australia. The Jannawi Family Centre has been providing protection to children who have experienced trauma through violence, neglect, physical, psychological or sexual abuse and family support services in the Local Government Areas of Marrickville, Leichhardt, Canada Bay, Strathfield, Burwood, Ashfield and Canterbury since 1978.
