Emerald Motion Pictures is the result of the evolution of one of Las Vegas’ oldest and most popular wedding and event videography companies, D&D Video Productions. Established in 1993, D&D Video Productions quickly became a leader and trendsetter in wedding & event videography under the guidance of owner, Glenn Student. Glenn’s background working on major motion pictures such as The Mask, television shows such as Silk Stalkings and mini-series such as Oliver Stone’s Wild Palms, brought some of that cinematic style to wedding videos long before anyone else was. Glenn learned working along side some of the greatest Academy Award winning filmmakers of our time such as Janusz Kaminsky, Olive Stone and Michael Phillips. Glenn took these filmmaking skills and adapted them into his wedding & event filmmaking to creatively and beautifully tell the story of your special day in a way that you will cherish forever. In living up to his last name, Student, Glenn is constantly learning new techniques, styles and trends by taking courses and attending workshops given by some of the best cinematographers in the world. Our studio is honored to be referred by the best Wedding Planners, Venues, Photographers, and other vendors in Las Vegas and around the country. Additionally, in 2010 our studio was recognized by The Knot as The Best in Weddings as voted by local Las Vegas brides. In 2010 Glenn decided to rebrand the studio to more accurately reflect the enhanced cinematic style that he incorporates into his wedding & event videos using the latest HD technology and a frighteningly creative mind. Thus, Emerald Motion Pictures was born.
