Mary’s Place by the Sea is a respite home for women who are receiving treatment for cancer. We provide services that complement their medical treatment, including oncology massage, nutrition education, individual counseling, Reiki therapy, guided meditation, expressive writing, and yoga. We offer integrative services to women with cancer and provide rest and support during this challenging time in their lives. They are empowered with knowledge that will aid them on their road to healing. Our guests may visit for a day or up to two nights in our state-of-the-art, custom-built, ten-bedroom home located one block from the Atlantic Ocean. In addition to overnight retreats and day retreats, Mary's Place also offers a Virtual Services Program, which our guests can enjoy from the comfort of their own homes. Since 2009, 11,000 women with cancer have become "guests" of Mary's Place by the Sea. All services, accommodations and meals are provided at NO COST to our guests, thanks to the generous donations of individuals, corporations, and third-party fund raisers.
