The IDB Family Association is an organization funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Our mission is to provide support for the families of the IDB employees in their adaptation process through several programs and activities that will also help them bond and feel integrated in the community. The Career Development Committee is responsible for: • Providing active support to all partners who wish to enter the job market by organizing professional oriented activities (each month) • Offering personalized career support through the Career Development Program (one per semester). • Promoting volunteer opportunities • Sponsoring and Promoting Networking opportunities • Offering English Business Classes • Partnering with the World Bank Family Network and the International Monetary Fund Family Association to ensure that common activities and services are offered • Sharing relevant information and job postings through LinkedIn and our email group
