Red Flags Consulting LLC is a Delaware registered corporation that specializes in identifying unusual characteristics in the financial statements of equity or bond stock exchange traded companies listed around the world. The primary objective is to aid a pro-active risk minimization strategy that identifies and filters out companies where there may be unacceptable financial statement red flags. Typical financial statement red flags are risk indicators where the underlying business activity, financial health or use of shareholder's assets in a company may be substantially different from that presented or perceived.
