Our family has been building in Southern Nevada since 1931; starting back when the Jones family settled in the Las Vegas Valley to help build the Boulder (Hoover) Dam. The next generation was born with building in their blood. Over time, the Merlin name became synonymous with unique custom home building. Our reputation for impeccable quality, honesty, and reliability has opened many doors. We were recently awarded the prestigious National Custom Home Builder of the Year 2017 by the NAHB.
