When a leader gets better, all of Northeast Indiana wins! Mission Statement Update: Driven by a desire to raise the leadership bar here in our community and throughout Northeast Indiana, GLS & Beyond and its partners, exist to reach into all sectors to champion the local leader. Each of us harnesses the power of influence in our daily interactions and relationships. That is leadership. The goal of GLS & Beyond is to not just educate and empower leaders but to bridge the intersection of faith and business highlighting tangible ways leaders can use their influence to produce impact within the 12 counties in Northeast Indiana and beyond.
