The vision of the IC3 Institute is to enable access to career and college counseling for high school students around the world. The IC3 Institute empowers high schools by providing guidance and training resources, to help them establish, run, and maintain robust career and college counseling departments. The IC3 (International Career & College Counseling) Institute is a volunteer organization that provides support to high schools around the world through guidance and training resources for high school administrators, teachers and counselors. The IC3 Institute helps schools with a variety of priorities including establishing a counseling office, training human resources and providing access to a repository of remote training and professional development resources. Designed for full-time high school counselors and teachers, the year-long certificate program is structured to be delivered in four distinct one-week modules that will be delivered in-person at designated locations, supplemented with self-study, online materials, and video conference sessions. These one-week modules will be held once a quarter at partner host universities around India. The curriculum will focus on delivering planned lectures including university faculty, industry faculty, interactive class discussions, case studies, project work in collaboration with fellow counselor attendees and networking to build a global network with educators from around the world. Our partner and host schools for the residential programs are Ashoka University, Ahmedabad University, Shiv Nadar University, and O.P. Jindal Global University.
