We are a social enterprise with a mission to motivate change in order to prevent poverty, hunger and homelessness in Norwich. We are passionate about food and passionate about people, so we run cafés and a catering enterprise which produce delicious homemade food to generate much of our income. They are also places where we help people who have faced, or are facing, barriers to employment such as homelessness, substance misuse, a history of offending and learning difficulties and by improving their mental health. By participating in our supported work experience programme or receiving 1:1 support, our clients learn new skills, build their confidence and motivation, and develop new positive routines so that they can move forward into employment. Our clients say that they feel welcomed, safe, and useful when they come to The Feed. It's why we say 'Our food makes a difference'. Everything we do works towards our vision of ‘a community free from poverty’.
