The Lebanese Sajeria

At The Lebanese Sajeria, we’re all about serving classic Manoushe flavors using staple Lebanese ingredients such as Zaatar and Labneh. That said, we also love exploring and reinventing new flavor combinations, which we call “Sajeria Originals”. We got our name from the saj, a traditional dome-shaped griddle used in Lebanon to bake manoushe, an everyday Lebanese food. Alongside Manaish (plural for Manoushe), we also offer a variety of homemade soups, platters and desserts, infused with the Lebanese spirit (and flavour!). Our menu caters to all types of diets including vegans and vegetarians.
