Hillman Travel is a new organization that also wants to take on the role of a touroperator. The focus will be on two target groups, each of which will be approachedin its own way. On the one hand, you will have the price-conscious traveler for whom packages are put together under the Hillman Brand. In this way we dierentiate ourselves from other tour operators by having more attention for personal needs and a higher level of service within these packages. On the other hand we have the more high-end traveler who is looking for a personalized holiday. Through our dynamic packaging we oer this traveler the possibility to discover the whole world with the necessary flexibility. This approach is necessary because the customer will become more demanding in and after 2021.
