The history of Cooler Iran goes back to 1938, when the company started as a major Bus transportation company. In 1938, Mr. Ali Akbar Tavassol Bagheri established Auto Tavakol, one of the greatest and renowned bus transportation companies with brilliant records, accurate and regular services so that it could give traveling services to 100,000 individuals including labors, officials and students within a day by 500 buses by the year 1966. At the time when Automotive Air-conditioning was an ambiguous and imaginary idea for the public, the trading division of Auto Tavakol started its activities in 1968 as the first importer of auto air conditioning in Iran. Auto Tavakol, by rendering a great effort and creating a culture for utilizing Automotive Air conditioning, succeeded to enhance the variety of its products up to 180 kinds of Air conditionings for various kinds of Automotives. Designing of Paykan auto air conditioning in England and sales of 20,000 Paykan Air conditionings to Iran National Company in 1950s was a key achievement of Auto Tavakol. In early 1990’s due to the government encouragement and support of local auto industries in Iran, the company established its manufacturing company in 1994, Tolidi Sanati Cooler Iran.
