We aim to approach this area proactively, by creating a culture in the sector that encourages and embraces discussions about mental health - especially in the male dominated world of the motor industry. We believe that treating the symptoms when they emerge is too late and so for businesses to sustain growth, improve performance and engage their teams, the issues and stresses, should be discussed sooner.
